The team here are highly professional and dedicated to quality and service. I came with a broken screen, the repair... read more for which they price matched to a cheaper competitor. Upon the return of the phone I noticed that the camera was not working. After a bit of investigation it turned out to be an issue with the phone itself and was unrelated to the repair. I sent the phone in for a warranty claim and Phone Rehab refunded me the full repair price.

Not only this but Phone Rehab ordered in a whole new set of cameras in order to ascertain whether they had caused any damage. This, in addition to the parts and labour price would have put Phone Rehab considerably out of pocket for the refund they provided me. A+ service. read less

My Apple iPhone 8 had a broken screen and was unusable. I had called Mac1 4 times after making appointments... read more for numerous times. To be told Apple are making us do a 3 day stock take which ended up 5. I kept explaining I’d made an appointment online ( which was directed to Apple from Mac1) site. Thank goodness for mobile phone hospital. I called Bryce in desperation after the 5 days and explained I was disabled and required my phone. He invited me in that morning fixed my phone in 30 minutes using genuine Apple parts gave me a 12 month warranty and paid for my parking in Wollongong Central. Why would you bother with Mac1 and indeed why would you bother with Apple. I’m going to Mobile Phone Hospital first time next time for sure. Thank you Bryce you are a champion! read less
