Not very impressed to be honest. Took my phone in to get my screen replaced, which they did. 5 months later the screen is starting to lift up, which they offer to fix under warranty. Fixed my screen, but took my screen protector off and then charged me for another one. Didn't properly clean my screen before putting the protector on so there was a hair underneath it and the camera was dirty and blurry. Ended up taking off the screen protector 15 minutes after they put it on. That's 20 bucks down the drain. Clearly this organisation is a fan of quick solutions rather than quality solutions.

I broke my screen yesterday. Contacted phone rehab in Wollongong they quoted $380 to replace a google pixel 5g screen. I was desperate as I am going away and need my phone. He said that the screens are expensive for this phone. Now checking today online I could get it fixed for over a $100-150 less at other businesses. The service was very good and extremely prompt - although at that time they had no other customers. So if you want speedy service go here but expect to pay for it !!

My daughter approach them to get her phone fixed, not only they fix the phone but also let her go home.

Got clear expectations when I called to enquire about repairing the back screen of my iPhone 13 Pro. More cost effective than other places I called and with a quicker turnaround run around. Ran into an issue with the flash but a plan was put in place for getting the part in and fixed up.

Had an iPhone that wasn't charging and several other stores wanted to replace the entire port costing hundreds and losing the IP rating. Phone Rehab took 1 minute to inspect and it just had gunk in it, cleaned and on my way and didn't even charge. I bought some accessories as I wanted to support honest advice and service.

Fantastic service! I absolutely destroyed my old iPhone and desperately wanted to get my photos and data back. Phone Rehab were able to recover all of my precious photos and moved all of my data from my old phone to the new one. Several phone repair shops told me that recovering my data was impossible (including Apple themselves!!!)… but these guys did the job perfectly! Best of all, it was $400 cheaper than what other phone repair shops quoted me.

Liam helped us fix our Samsung S22 screen protector application with no charge whereas we got quoted $35 from the other store. We appreciate Phone Rehab business integrity.

I called Phone Rehab for some advice on my sons damaged phone. The screen was sufficiently damaged with a persistent green vertical line alongside the edge. The individual I spoke with felt confident a solution was available in terms of a screen replacement. He suggested I bring it in and leave it with them as it would take approximately 30 minutes for the repairs to be completed. The conversation was enough to sway me to attend Phone Rehab a short time later and lodge my son's phone with Benedict for repair.

I returned over an hour later to collect the phone. It was repaired as advised with a new tempered glass cover on the screen. My son also selected a new phone cover and I also requested if a new tempered glass screen cover could be put on an ipad.

The final cost of $175 for the repairs and accessories was nothing short of amazing! I was treated to this suprising discount by the retail member that looked after me. The service from Benedict was some of the best I have experienced in a long time. He was knowledgeable, professional, humorous and above all, he showed a genuine interest in my needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience and recommend them to anyone. Well done Benedict!!
